Four Cafe Replaces Fairfax's Black Cat Bakery on July 1

Following up with Four Cafe's expansion from Eagle Rock to Fairfax, reps confirm that the seasonal sandwich/salad place will pick up where Black Cat Bakery left off, tentatively set to open on July 1. This here second outpost is a partnership between Four Cafe chef Michelle Wilton and Caputo's Market (Salt Lake) owners Troy and Myra Petersen. Much like the original location, here on Fairfax Four Cafe will serve daily lunch and dinner, in addition to weekend breakfast.
