Chef Alex Becker, part of the sbe team for the last two years (and before that at Nobu West Hollywood), has been promoted from Corporate Opening and Regional Chef for Katsuya by S+ARCK to Corporate Executive Chef of the ever growing Katsuya by S+ARCK empire.
