LONG BEACH—A few more details on that new speakeasy, The Vault at The Federal Bar. Under the main dining room on the venue's downstairs level is a large music venue/event space and the original vault to Security Pacific Bank (the building was once a bank). Management is converting the vault into a 1920s prohibition era speakeasy with an entrance through the vault door and in the back of the restaurant. This plus the event space is about two months out.
