Nikita, the high-end Mediterranean restaurant next to Nobu in Malibu, has a chef. Massimiliano Blasone, a decorated Italian that has worked locally at Valentino but more recently could be found at the Michelin-starred Apsleys followed by Cassis Bistro in London, is bringing over six Italian sous chefs to head up the Nikita kitchen. Also onboard is craft cocktail king Greg Seider of The Summit Bar in NYC. [EaterWire]
