Proprietor Jon Swire of Pork Belly's Sandwich Shop, formerly Belly Up Sandwich Shop, underway on Abbot Kinney, is really REALLY excited about his SPX-300 smoker, which was shipped in yesterday from Tennessee. See here the specs, this baby smokes up to 300 pounds of meat at a time, and Swire adds that there are very few of these on the West Coast.
