Check Out Pork Belly's Fancy Southern Meat Smoker

Proprietor Jon Swire of Pork Belly's Sandwich Shop, formerly Belly Up Sandwich Shop, underway on Abbot Kinney, is really REALLY excited about his SPX-300 smoker, which was shipped in yesterday from Tennessee. See here the specs, this baby smokes up to 300 pounds of meat at a time, and Swire adds that there are very few of these on the West Coast. As depicted above, the smoker will be housed behind Pork Belly's, preparing cuts of meat for a this menu come late June. [EaterWire]
