Momofuku's David Chang Cooking with Roy Choi June 18

East meets west. It's not usually for chef David Chang (up for a James Beard award tonight btw), kingpin of the Momofuku empire in Manhattan, to cook on this here coast. But, come June 18, Chang will hit Beverly Hills to prepare what will likely be a pretty epic mashup meal with Roy Choi and Wolfgang Puck in the kitchen of Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air. Rad. Yes, the menu will be Asian-inspired (Korean?), with ingredients selected from a local farmers market. Dinner can be yours for the low low price of $190 per person. Five courses total.
