Pablo Moix and Steve Livigni — the dynamic duo behind well curated drinkeries Harvard & Stone, La Descarga, Black Market, and Pour Vous — are finally breaking out on the westside. It's about time. Separate from their other previously mentioned new Venice project, Old Lightning, Pablo and Steve are the proud new parents of Central, the dive bar and live music joint which underwent a "remodel" and name change several years back.
