Last night, the James Beard Foundation announced the winners of the 2013 James Beard Foundation Restaurant and Chef Awards. Outstanding Chef was a tie between New York City's David Chang and Chicago's Paul Kahan while Outstanding Restaurant went to New York City's Blue Hill. Eater National has all the winners. [-E-]
