WEST HOLLYWOOD— Chef Carolynn Spence over at Bar Marmont drops Eater a note to say that on May 30 and 31 chef Gabriel Rucker of Le Pigeon in Portland, who just won his second James Beard award (Best Chef: Northwest), will prepare a prix-fixe $75 menu at the W. Sunset Boulevard eatery from 6 to 10 p.m. Spence and Rucker plan to hit the Santa Monica Wednesday farmers market, The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, and Lindy & Grundy for inspiration. [EaterWire]
