After a Two Month Refresh, The Polo Lounge is Back

Over the past two months, designer Adam Tihany (restaurant designer for Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud) has been updating The Beverly Hills Hotel's iconic 73-year-old Polo Lounge. Old Hollywood can rest assured that the enclave remains true to its original, relaxed spirit and green/white color scheme, with a refreshed look made possible via new lights, fixtures, and furniture. Inside one will also find added mirrors and art. Executive chef Kaleo Adams has refined his traditional American menu, too.

Still to come are changes at the pool cabanas and Cabana Café, plus guest rooms, to be completed by summer 2014. [EaterWire]
