Over the past two months, designer Adam Tihany (restaurant designer for Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud) has been updating The Beverly Hills Hotel's iconic 73-year-old Polo Lounge. Old Hollywood can rest assured that the enclave remains true to its original, relaxed spirit and green/white color scheme, with a refreshed look made possible via new lights, fixtures, and furniture. Inside one will also find added mirrors and art. Executive chef Kaleo Adams has refined his traditional American menu, too.
