Word on the street is that SBE is looking to overhaul three existing businesses along Santa Monica Boulevard at Robertson into a new nightclub, reports WEHOville. If true, Raffi Jewelers, Balliamos Dance Studio, and Unicorn Alley will become a new SBE nighttime hang, joining Lisa Vanderpump's forthcoming P.U.M.P. Lounge presently under construction next door. Eater reached out to SBE for comment, so far no response. [WEHOville] Update: Today PR for SBE announced that David Cooley, owner of The Abbey, has acquired 10,000 square feet at 8936 Santa Monica Boulevard to development a new bar and restaurant. This forthcoming project is supposed to complement The Abbey.
