ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen, the fast casual Asian fusion concept from Chipotle co-CEO Steve Ells, is also planting its flag in Westwood Village, taking over Waffle Chix at 1059 Broxton Ave. This marks location three for the chain, which will open its first LA eatery on the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, and also has a space in Hollywood at W.
