Here's at least one reason to visit Ikemen ramen on La Brea: Marshmallow Ramen. No joke. Rocket News 24 notes that the late night ramen shop, known for its fusion ramen bowls, is serving "Ghost Buster Ramen." Basically, a plate of noodles and pork plus a murky cream-based tonkotsu broth with sautéed mushrooms, truffle oil, and marshmallows that are "roasted" (with a blowtorch) table side. The verdict? "A complicated process, perhaps, but the result is just plain tasty." [Rocket News 24]
