Following two nights of friends and fam presided over by visionary sushi master and founder Kazunori Nozawa, sugarFISH hits The Commons at Calabasas today with its seventh location presenting tradition-based sushi. Sporting the now tried and true DEX Studio design with sleek blonde wood and suspended globe lighting fixtures, the 45-seat restaurant brings a fresh option for locals in a generally underserved dining hood. Although Pedalers Fork did open nearby not long ago. sugarFISH hours of operation will run Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m.
