Despite its soft launch on May 30, Rice Thai Tapas — which has succeeded The StillRoom (formerly Derek's Bistro) on E. Glenarm and Marengo in Pasadena — is just getting its feet wet, building out a website and planning a grand opening. Full liquor to come. [EaterWire]
