The Addiction Bistro on La Cienega opened its doors in 2010 under the name Chili Addiction, with a sort of American pubby menu of burgers, sausages, fries and chili-topped dishes. Owner Rick Foster informs Eater that the restaurant changed names last year and transitioned over to an entirely gluten-free menu. Last month operations switched from counter service to table service, and last week the restaurant acquired a beer and wine license, a list of which is viewable here. A new awning is up as well, and just yesterday Foster rolled out an expanded list of eats with pork belly, beef cheek and gnocchi. Hours of operation run Tuesday to Sunday from Noon to 9 p.m. [EaterWire]
