Big deal New York chef Michael White of notables Osteria Morini, Marea, Ai Fiori, among others, is opening his first west coast restaurant within new high-end Culver City shopping complex, Platform, at the Hayden Tract. Not many details released yet, but the eatery will be set within a glass-enclosed rooftop greenhouse that offers both indoor and outdoor small plate dining plus a bar.
