DOWNTOWN— Bigmista's Barbecue isn't headed to Long Beach, rather the celebrated barbecue operation lands in the Medallion Apartments at 4th and Main, joining Simply Salad, and the forthcoming Sushi Zo and Dr. J's Vibrant Cafe. Creators Neil and Phyllis Strawder plan to open by the first of next year and will initially just serve breakfast and lunch.
