Grill expert Adam Perry Lang (Daisy May's BBQ, New York) is looking locally for spaces to open a restaurant and promote his re-issued book, Serious Barbecue, but before that happens he's cooking a two-month-long pop-up in the back lot of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Open to the public for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with take-away offered from 4 to 5 p.m., Lang is hauling in a custom 2-ton Texas burn pit to fire short rib, brisket, BBQ double-smoked bacon with waffles, and more.
