Following that disastrous fire at Cowboys & Turbans in April, proprietor Baba Ji has decided not to reopen his Indian-Mexican restaurant in Silver Lake as originally planned. Instead he says he'll focus on his proliferating string of juice bars, of which 18 more are to come. Cowboys & Turbans is listed on LoopNet for operators in need of a Silver Lake space.
