Roadside Eats Prepping For August Debut with Pop-Up

The complex next to the Arclight Hollywood is finally filling up with a viable mix of restaurants and new addition Roadside Eats is looking toward a late August premiere. The concept comes via Dave Northrup, executive chef and owner of Rush Street and City Tavern, and Northrup hopes to capture the nostalgia of roadside counters serving classic Southern favorites in the form of sandwiches, sides, and salads.

Those interested in an early taste can stop by Roadside Eats' pop up at Eagle Rock Brewery on July 5. Management will serve complimentary pulled pork sandwiches, watermelon salad, Zapp's potato chips, sweet tea and lemonade beginning at 4:30 p.m. [Eaterwire]
