644507_634520386564596_1301169310_n.jpgMartin Riese, GM and water sommelier from Ray's and Stark Bar at LACMA, has launched "the world's first sommelier-crafted water" called 9OH2O, presently sold at the Montage Beverly Hills, Luxe Rodeo Drive hotel and Monsieur Marcel. The water is sourced from the NorCal mountains and its creation process was supposedly "inspired by the crafting of Champagne and fine spirits." The reason that 9OH2O is priced at $14 a bottle or $164 for a case is because it's made "in limited editions of 10,000 individually numbered glass bottles" with custom artwork. As all water should be. [EaterWire]
