More Fresh Brothers Pizza; Al Mare Coming This Summer

HOLLYWOOD— The Fresh Brothers pizza chain is next hitting Bronson with a restaurant under construction in the Victor's Square shopping center. Fresh Brothers will replace Chinese restaurant The Inn Place. So yeah. The Inn Place is out. [EaterWire]

SANTA MONICA— Finally, an update on Al Mare, the new Italian ristorante opening this summer at the Santa Monica Pier. As noted many moons ago, this is a project from those behind Trastevere on the Third Street Promenade and, per early signage, will involve a rooftop bar and lounge, "fresh Italian cuisine," a private dining room and cooking classes.
