Music industry vet Doug LaGambina is opening a wine studio in Toluca Lake called Spin The Bottle (cute name), along with Scott Kay, a partner at Wood & Vine in Hollywood. They're keeping the shop/bar's location on the DL for the moment, but the plan is to open late summer/early fall. Among other foodstuffs, chef Gavin Mills will sell his new line of charcuterie. Remember, Mills recently clocked out of Tavern to work on this endeavor. His preserved meats will also be back for sale at Wood & Vine, in addition to the Hollywood Farmers' Market. [EaterWire]
