In addition to the Sticky Fingers Doughnuts pop-ups, on Friday BLD pastry chef Mariah Swan will test out several doughnut and ice cream creations (via tasting menu and a la carte) from her forthcoming doughnut shop, ICDC (Ice Cream, Doughnuts and Coffee). She's planning to serve cereal milk glazed, beer caramel with pretzel crunch, fluffernutter and apple cheddar fritter doughnuts, which can come spiked with a scoop of white chocolate coffee, graham cracker with pecan coconut caramel swirl, and chicory cardamom ice cream.
