Prince's Hot Chicken Shack is a no nonsense cayenne-spiked fried chicken institution in Nashville, Tennessee, famous for its spicy fried chicken. So famous, in fact, that this year current proprietor Andre Prince Jeffries was bestowed with James Beard Foundation's "America's Classic" award, a title "given to restaurants with timeless appeal, each beloved in its region for quality food that reflects the character of its community."

And great news for Los Angeles. The Prince family is presently scouting locations for a potential West Coast Prince's Hot Chicken in LA.
