Twist & Grill, New Moon Café, Gentaro Soba Noodle Joining FIGat7th This Fall

TASTE in FIGat7th is already home to a handful of chef-driven eateries like Paul Shoemaker's Juicy Lucy and Jenee Kim's Oleego Korean BBQ, with the City Tavern flagship and The Flying Pig en route. Coming this fall are three more spots to dine: Twist & Grill, New Moon Café and Gentaro Soba Noodle. Twist & Grill is a concept by chef David Slatkin where veggies and protein are mixed with rice, served over a salad, or stuffed in a pita. Colin Tom is bringing a 4th location of his New Moon restaurant chainlet, think California Chinese like this. And finally, Tokyo-based Gentaro Soba will serve a bevy of buckwheat noodles cold or in soup plus sides such as tempura and curry stew.
