In an effort to remain relevant following the departure of Top Cheffer and chef de cuisine Chris Crary last November, Whist at the Viceroy in Santa Monica is now CAST restaurant, still under command of executive chef Tony DiSalvo. And still with a seasonal California fusion menu that has apparently been expanded a bit.
