Four Cafe on Fairfax Launches Today

New, 1 comment

Status: Opens today

Over the last few years, the various restaurants within 519 S. Fairfax have pretty much all embodied a similar casual cafe/bakery concept, and Four Cafe, the seasonal lunchy place based out in Eagle Rock, follows suit. Opening today in place of Black Cat Bakery, Four Cafe is plating the same exact farmers market-friendly comfort menu as served in Eagle Rock — focused on soups, salads and sandwiches like coconut corn chowder, strawberry spinach salad, and an heirloom tomato grilled cheese. There's also goat cheese cheesecake and berry pop-tarts for dessert. Lunch (and dinner) is served daily beginning at 11 a.m., with breakfast kicking in on weekends at 9 a.m. Here on Fairfax the outdoor patio is pet-friendly, too.
