No surprise here but that confused modern cafe, ROFL (aka Republic of Laughter Cafe), the one on Melrose which took over for 8 oz. Burger Bar with a menu supposedly by Govind Armstrong, is on the market. The remodeled 3,800 square foot space is permitted to serve beer/wine until 11 p.m. daily. Price? All in management is asking about 16k per month. Interested parties email here. [EaterWire]
