Nobu Matsuhisa, Larry Ellison Working on Malibu Hotel

Leave it to Oracle CEO Larry Ellison, the property owner of Nobu Malibu and newly launched pricey Mediterranean haunt Nikita, to again team up with the one and only Nobu Matsuhisa for another PCH project. In an interview with Haute Living, Matsuhisa reveals that he and Ellison are working on a Japanese hotel, which will commence construction this fall. Says Matsuhisa,

Larry Ellison and I are planning something next to the Nobu Malibu property. Larry wants to try for a Japanese concept hotel. They say it's going to start construction in September. He already has a design, but it won't start being built until later this year.
