Chef Jason Park of the presently soft open Maru in Santa Monica is welcoming in cocktail chef Matthew Biancaniello on August 8 for an evening of boozy oysters from 7 to 10 p.m. Some of the flavors Biancaniello is playing with are chipotle-infused mezcal with papalo-infused oil and salmon eggs infused with passion fruit; and rose Cocchi Americano with purple shiso granita ($5 a piece).
