Jackson's Food + Drink in El Segundo recently brought on former Spago executive sous chef Matt Strong to run its gastropub kitchen. Prior to Spago, Strong spent time at Patina and Jean-Georges in New York City. He's currently working on a new bill of fare for Jackson's, which will hit tables shortly. [EaterWire]
