According to a voicemail recording, website announcement, and Yelp commentary, Noir Food & Wine in Pasadena is down for the count. Management provides no further explanation. Back in 2009, SIV gave the neighborhood wine bar two stars, calling out Noir's "... extraordinary breadth and depth of wines on offer."
