File this one under double switcheroo. Los Feliz's shuttered Electric Lotus Indian restaurant is relocating to the former home of Public House 1739 on N Vermont at Hollywood Boulevard. Meanwhile, Public House 1739 jumped next door to a double decker space at 1739 N Vermont. Same deal as before just new digs.
