The rumor mills are churching these days in connection with Soho House planting its polished flag both in Venice and Downtown. Brigham Yen hears that the exclusive members only club is looking at a couple sites in the Arts District, a space near Bestia, and also 405 Mateo, an empty five story warehouse, which you can see right here on LoopNet. Is there really room for three Soho Houses in Los Angeles?
