The Charleston chef Jet Tila introduced a shaved ice shop to Vegas two months ago called Kuma Snow Cream, and tomorrow night Jet will be on hand at the Thompson hotel's rooftop giving out smaller to-go versions of his Asian-flavored dessert. In order to partake one must purchase a $25 ticket ($30 at door), which also includes food from Seoul Sausage, bites from Caulfield's EC Stephen Kalt, with beers paired by The Lost Abbey. This is part of an eight week endeavor by Caulfield's + Seoul Sausage, each Friday night highlighting a rotating list of breweries and desserts. [EaterWire]
