The Hakkasan is growing, with a new restaurant and club in Vegas and another western branch underway in Beverly Hills opening in September. Like all of Hakkasan Group's restaurants, Beverly Hills will offer a selection of location-specific items, including a host of salads and lighter fare choices designed to fit the local landscape. But, classics made popular at the London flagship — Caviar Encrusted Peking Duck, Silver Cod with Champagne Sauce and Rib-Eye Wagyu Beef with Merlot Sauce — will also be on offer.
As far as aesthetics, the design is consistent with other Hakkasans. Think richly textured and hued spaces that aim to exude a modern take on the classic Chinoiserie.
