Daniel Shemtob, the young man behind The Lime Truck and its post and beam counterpart TLT Food in Westwood, is pushing the TLT brand to Downtown, with a new cafe replacing Silo Slider Bar at 225 W. 7th St. in early September. His same list of Cali fusion eats will grace plates, and Shemtob is also working with adjacent Silo Vodka Bar to serve TLT food there as well. [EaterWire]
