Dillon's Restaurant & Irish Pub closed its Hollywood pub earlier this year, but management has snapped up the former Tavern on Hollywood/Osaka space for a second attempt at Hollywood life. Right now Dillon's is in full on construction/demolition mode, check out these shots of Spacecraft designer Kris Keith's handiwork coming undone. Remember those ropes? Dillon's is currently staffing up and looking to launch this fall in time for football season.
