Ramenwire

Just after the Sawtelle location of Ramen Jinya closed, it was taken over by Downtown favorite Daikokuya. Jinya's woes aren't over though, as it looks like the Costa Mesa location is kicking the bowl later this month, with a closure some time in the middle of July. The Jinya empire grew quickly, but now only the original Studio City spot and Robata Jinya remain. Still, Jinya plans to expand to Vegas in September. [OCW]
