Sushi lord Nobu Matsuhisa is selling his mid-century Beverly Hills pad for $3.599 million (sushi prep kitchen included) and upgrading to a fairly bizarre looking Hugh Newell Jacobsen-designed castle in Bel Air. Curbed says Matsuhisa and his wife scored a huge discount on the property, they paid $15.625 million, but back in 2011 the place was listed at $23.95 million. [CLA]
