CAESAR'S— The huge new Carmine's inside the Caesar's Forum Shops has some mind-boggling numbers as to how much food and drink they serve. Here's a look, by the numbers, at what Carmine's does on a yearly basis.

AROUND TOWN— Eater Vegas takes a stroll through over a hundred happy hours all around town. It looks like Vegas might have L.A. beat in terms of the breadth and variety of happy hours.

CAESAR'S— Dessert queen Laura Augsberger of Rao's talks about how much she loves Ping Pang Pong and Bachi Burger, the latter of which is opening on Sawtelle. And of course, Rao's is opening soon in Hollywood.

CHINATOWN— Izakaya king Raku opened a sweets shop Off Strip serving imaginative desserts and eventually wines.

THE COSMOPOLITAN— Lucky Rice returns to Vegas, this time featuring star chef Susar Lee. The three-day festival runs from October 4-6, with tickets starting at $88.
