This month marks one year since chef Andre Guerrero signed the lease for 776 Vine Street to bring his retro slow food fast burger and sandwich joint, The Oinkster, to Hollywood. Construction is underway and Guerrero says that much of the build will occur in September and October, with a projected opening in January. The ladies over at Design, Bitches (Superba Snack Bar, Coolhaus) are running creative, and Guerrero assures no Edison bulbs or repurposed wood.
