Much restaurant news by way of Las Vegas today. Trois Mec chef Ludo Lefebvre is also bringing an oyster bar concept to Downtown Las Vegas, reports Vegas Seven. Perhaps part of the new Downtown Project? Puoy Premsrirut, co-owner of Le Thai and Ludo's partner in the operation, reveals that the eatery, Le Station, will utilize a ticketed reservation similar to that of Trois Mec. Says Premsrirut: "Much like Trois Mec operates with tickets in L.A., we will utilize a similar reservation system, but with a twist! You can order online or at the window and receive a ticketed time for when a table and your food will be ready ... If people get caught up and miss their reservation, we will pack up their food and it will be ready and waiting for them when they come by. The space will be called Le Station!" With regard to specific locale, the team has spaces in mind and plan to finalize a lease soon.
