Jed Sanford in Escrow to Take Hermosa's Cafe Boogaloo

Hermosa Beach is ground zero for restaurateur Jed Sanford, with his flagship restaurant and brewery, Abigaile, planted on Manhattan Avenue. Since the transition from Union Cattle Co. to Abigaile, Sanford has gone on to flip Culver City's Le Saint Amour into WildCraft Sourdough Pizza, and most recently modified Manhattan Beach's Hamptons into Little Sister.

Next up, back in Hermosa, Sanford is in escrow to snag the shuttered Cafe Boogaloo, a restaurant and music venue on Hermosa Avenue not far from Abigaile. No word yet on the concept. [EaterWire]
