Australian celebrity chef Curtis Stone got together with Larry King on Larry King Now to talk about his forthcoming unnamed Beverly Hills restaurant, which is slated to open in October or November. Stone says that the 25-30 seat market-driven eatery will not have a menu, rather diners will be left in his hands. Stone mentions missing kitchen camaraderie and reveals that he's thinking about naming the restaurant Maude's after his grandmother who taught him to cook. King suggests Stone's over Maude's. King also asks Stone how frequently he plans to be at the restaurant and Stone replies with "I'll be there as much as I humanly can be..."
