Local 1205 is continually reinventing itself from market to oyster bar to pop-up incubator. Phuong Tran, former chef at Benley in Long Beach and opening bar manager at Willie Jane, is unleashing small Vietnamese plates at Local 1205 via a pop-up dubbed #indo. Expect curious creations like a bao burger and matzo ball pho priced between $4 and $9. #indo is soft opening this week, Thursday to Saturday from 7 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., and will continue with those days and hours of operation through the fall.
