Del Rey Kitchen Moving Into Former Westside Pizza Joint

Del Rey Kitchen, a production of Satoru Yokomori and Michael Yee, is taking over the old D'Antonio's Pizza on Culver Blvd in the relatively unknown borough of Del Rey. According to the restaurant's website, the two were "brought together by a love of food and motorcycles, the two kept in touch while life and distance" kept them apart. Rumor was initially that Kenji Minamida of the now defunct Sawtelle Kitchen was involved, but there's no confirmation at this point. Word on the the concept, menu, and opening date are tba.
