Moon Juice to Healthify Silver Lake Later This Month

Earthy neighborhood juice and nut milk bar, Moon Juice, on Rose in Venice, is gearing up to debut its second juicery in Silver Lake around the third week of August. Under construction on W. Sunset Boulevard in the strip mall with Rambutan Thai and Pho Cafe, Moon Juice is taking shape, drawing inspiration from its Venice digs with basic white walls and simple blonde wood paneling. From the looks of it, this Silver Lake haunt is slightly larger than the Rose original and here owner Amanda Chantal Bacon will expand on her food menu with puddings, yogurt, cookies, crackers, and possibly nut cheeses.
